Zhibao Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: ZBAO), a high‑growth China‑based InsurTech company, announced that it was unable to file its annual report on Form 20‑F by the November 17, 2025 deadline. The company also cancelled its previously scheduled earnings call on November 18.
Zhibao stated it is working diligently to complete and file the 20‑F as soon as possible and will issue an update to reschedule the earnings call in due course.
The company, which offers digital insurance brokerage services in China via its Zhibao China Group and provides B2B2C embedded insurance platforms across sectors like travel, sports, logistics, utilities and e‑commerce, emphasized that the delay does not alter its core business model.
As a reminder, the filing of Form 20‑F is a requirement for foreign private issuers listed on U.S. exchanges and serves as their annual disclosure to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). A delay can raise questions among investors about internal controls, audit readiness or regulatory issues.
Zhibao’s notification today is therefore an important development for shareholders, analysts and the broader market to monitor.
