Touchstone Exploration Inc (AIM: TXP, TSX: TXP, OTC: PBEGF) saw its share price rally sharply — rising about 25 % in early Monday trading — following the release of drilling results from its Carapal Ridge‑3 development well in Trinidad and Tobago. The company reported that the CR‑3 well encountered roughly 1,082 feet of net sand, including nearly 1,000 feet of net Herrera sand, with logging data revealing hydrocarbon‑bearing sands across multiple Herrera horizons both above and below a key shale marker. Touchstone said that completion operations are in progress, with plans to tie in the well to the Central block gas processing facility during the first quarter of 2026, and that the results support potential drilling of up to three additional Herrera development wells on the block. Chief Executive Paul Baay highlighted that CR‑3 is the first well drilled on the field in more than 17 years and the company’s first horizontal well into the Herrera reservoir, confirming both its seismic model and the extent of the productive Herrera section. In London trading, Touchstone shares jumped to 9.15 pence, up 1.85 pence on the day. #TouchstoneExploration #OilAndGas #TrinidadTobago #EnergyNews #SlimScan #GrowthStocks #CANSLIM
