Temas Resources Strengthens Strategic Position Through Scientific Network Membership, Market Support & Research Coverage

Temas Resources Corp. (“Temas” or the “Company”), a technology‑driven critical metals company, announced several strategic corporate initiatives aimed at strengthening its growth trajectory, market presence, and technology‑led critical minerals platform. The company confirmed its acceptance as a member of the CSM Scientific Network, an initiative of Québec’s Consortium for Research and Innovation in Metal Transformation (CRITIM), which connects firms, research institutions, and industry experts focused on critical and strategic mineral development and innovation. Temas also engaged Independent Trading Group Inc. (“ITG”) to provide market‑making services on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), subject to regulatory approval, to help improve liquidity and stability in trading of Temas’ common shares. Under the agreement, ITG will begin services in January 2026 with structured monthly fees and operate independently without compensation in shares or options. In addition, Temas entered a Research Services Agreement with Pitt Street Research Pty Ltd, commencing January 2026. Pitt Street will provide independent equity research coverage throughout 2026, including initiation reports, ongoing research updates, analyst commentary, and possible multimedia content. In exchange, Temas will issue 450,000 CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) to Pitt Street.
