Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (“SiriusXM”) announced on November 18, 2025, that Zac Coughlin will be appointed as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective January 1, 2026. He will succeed Tom Barry, who will step down from the role at the end of the year. Coughlin brings nearly 30 years of financial and operational experience across global consumer, retail, and automotive sectors. Prior to this appointment, he served as CFO of PVH Corp., overseeing its global finance operations including planning & analysis, investor relations, corporate development, treasury, tax, audit, real estate and facilities. His background also includes leadership roles at DFS Group Limited (group CFO & COO), Converse, Inc. (CFO) and earlier finance roles at Ford Motor Company. Jennifer Witz, CEO of SiriusXM, commented that Zac’s track record as a financial leader at public companies and his experience at global iconic brands make him ideally suited to steer the company’s finance organization at a time of strategic focus. She emphasized his role will be key in maintaining a strong balance sheet, improving margins and optimizing cash flows to drive shareholder value. Coughlin himself remarked that he is honored to join SiriusXM, calling the company “a powerhouse” centred on live and curated programming, podcasts and a diverse talent portfolio. He pointed to “a tremendous opportunity ahead for the business” and expressed enthusiasm to partner with the executive team to implement capital allocation priorities aligned with the company’s strategic transformation. The company also reaffirmed its full‑year 2025 guidance, previously provided on October 30. #SiriusXM #ExecutiveAppointment #CFO #MediaFinance #SlimScan #GrowthStocks #CANSLIM
