Hipâhop mogul Sean âDiddyâ Combs has quietly taken his $61.5âŊmillion Beverly Hills mansion off the market, over a year after first trying to sell the luxury estate. The 17,000âsquareâfoot Holmby Hills property â originally listed in SeptemberâŊ2024 â was withdrawn from sale listings on DecemberâŊ24,âŊ2025, according to realâestate sources.
Combs, 56, is currently serving a federal prison sentence after being convicted on two counts related to transporting individuals for prostitution, though he was acquitted of more serious sexâtrafficking and racketeering charges.
The Holmby Hills estate drew intense media scrutiny after Homeland Security agents raided it in MarchâŊ2024 during a highâprofile investigation, uncovering weapons, drugs, and other materials connected to alleged âFreak Offâ parties.
Originally purchased by Combs for $39âŊmillion in 2014, the mansion boasts 10 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a 35âseat theater, wine cellar, gym, spa, formal gardens, and a pool with grotto â yet its controversial history may have dampened buyer interest.
With the listing now withdrawn, realâestate experts suggest Combs could attempt a sale in the future, reposition the property as a highâend rental, or wait until after his release.
