(NYSE: PWR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of US $0.11 per share, representing an annualized rate of US $0.44 per share, which marks approximately a 10.0 % increase over its previous quarterly dividend paid in October 2025. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on January 12, 2026 to shareholders of record as of January 2, 2026.
