VANCOUVER, British Columbia – On December 5, 2025, Mirasol Resources Ltd. (TSX‑V: MRZ, OTC: MRZLF) announced that Carmen Cazares has retired from her position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Effective December 1, 2025, Francisco Del Castillo has stepped into the role. Cazares had served as CFO since 2022, and before that was the company’s Corporate Controller. In a statement, President & CEO Tim Heenan praised her “dedication, integrity, and contributions during the past six years,” and wished her a “well‑deserved retirement.” Del Castillo arrives with more than two decades of experience in public accounting, corporate financial management, public company reporting, and multinational operations across Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. He holds both Canadian and Mexican Chartered Accountant designations, as well as an MBA. Previously, he has worked as a fractional CFO and Corporate Controller for publicly‑listed mining firms, including a production‑stage miner operating in Mexico. Heenan added that Francisco’s “extensive experience in the Latin American resource sector and strategic financial leadership will be instrumental as we advance our portfolio of highly prospective exploration projects across Chile and Argentina.” Mirasol is currently funding exploration of its flagship project, the Sobek Copper-Gold Project in Chile’s VicuÃąa Copper‑Gold‑Silver District, while maintaining a broader pipeline of early‑ and mid‑stage projects across Chile and Argentina. #Mirasol #CFOChange #MiningIndustry #CorporateNews #SlimScan #GrowthStocks #CANSLIM
