Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSX.V: LMR) has announced the immediate appointment of Robert Boisjoli as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing outgoing CFO Jacqueline Michael. Based in Montreal, Boisjoli brings over 30 years of corporate finance and advisory experience. He currently serves as Managing Director of Atwater Financial Group, which specializes in financial reporting for publicly traded mining firms, and has previously held roles at several Canadian securities firms. On top of that, he sits on the board of CPA Professional Liability Plan Inc. and contributes to multiple nonprofit community organizations. The move underscores Lomiko’s commitment to strengthening its financial leadership as it advances its graphite‑mining projects. Lomiko owns mineral interests in the La Loutre graphite project in southern Quebec, located on the traditional territory of Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation (KZA). The La Loutre site spans 4,528 hectares (76 mineral claims), roughly 180 km northwest of Montreal. In 2023, the company published an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) under NI 43‑101 standards for La Loutre: 64.7 million tonnes of indicated resources averaging 4.59% graphitic carbon (Cg), equating to around 3.0 million tonnes of graphite — a 184% tonnage increase from previous estimates. The upgrade reflects extensive infill drilling carried out in 2022. Beyond La Loutre, Lomiko also holds stakes in seven early‑stage graphite projects across southern Quebec, covering 18,622 hectares. Recent exploration at some of these — including the Ruisseau project — has returned high‑grade carbon results, with certain zones showing up to 27.9% Cg. With Boisjoli stepping in as CFO, Lomiko aims to leverage his deep financial and mining‑sector expertise to advance resource development, manage operations, and potentially attract additional investors. #LomikoMetals #GraphiteMining #MiningNews #CorporateUpdate #SlimScan #GrowthStocks #CANSLIM
