Lee D. Rudow brings more than 33 years of experience in executive leadership, sales management, and strategic operations across industrial companies, startups, and private equity-backed firms. His broad background and expertise make him a valuable addition to Lakelandâs Board of Directors, which now comprises eight members, seven of whom are independent.
Career and Leadership Highlights
Rudow currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Transcat, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed provider of calibration services and equipment, where he has led the company for over 14 years. During his tenure at Transcat, Rudow oversaw a period of consistent growth and major acquisitions, delivering an impressive streak of 67 consecutive quarters of year-over-year service revenue increases.
He has announced his planned retirement from Transcat, effective March 28, 2026, as part of a planned leadership transition.
Previously, Rudow held senior leadership roles including Vice President at SIMCO Electronics, Inc., President and CEO of Davis Calibration, Inc., and President of Davis Instruments Corp. His career reflects deep experience in operational management and business growth across multiple industrial sectors.
