Beijing, Nov. 18, 2025 — KANZHUN LIMITED (Nasdaq: BZ; HKEX: 2076), the operator of the “BOSS Zhipin” recruitment platform, has announced its unaudited results for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2025. The company posted revenue of RMB 2,163.3 million (US$ 303.9 million), up 13.2 % from RMB 1,911.6 million in Q3 2024.   Paid enterprise customers for the twelve months ended Sept. 30 2025 rose to 6.8 million, a 13.3 % increase from 6.0 million in the prior year period. Average monthly active users in Q3 stood at 63.8 million—up 10.0 % from 58.0 million in Q3 2024. On the profitability front, income from operations reached RMB 687.1 million (US$ 96.5 million), up 108.1 % year‑over‑year. Adjusted income from operations (excluding share‑based compensation) was RMB 903.5 million (US$ 126.9 million), up 49.3 % from the prior year. Net income grew 67.2 % to RMB 775.4 million (US$ 108.9 million), and adjusted net income was RMB 991.8 million (US$ 139.3 million)—a 34.2 % increase. Operating costs and expenses fell to RMB 1,476.2 million (US$ 207.4 million), a 7.0 % decline versus Q3 2024, driven by reductions in marketing, R&D and share‑based compensation expenses. Net cash provided by operating activities rose to RMB 1,173.8 million (US$ 164.9 million), up 44.5 %. As of Sept. 30, 2025, the company held cash, short‑term time deposits and short‑term investments totaling RMB 19,214.4 million (US$ 2,699.0 million). Looking ahead, KANZHUN expects Q4 2025 revenues in the range of RMB 2.05 billion to RMB 2.07 billion—implying a 12.4 % to 13.5 % year‑over‑year increase.
