Germany is preparing to approve a defence equipment acquisition plan valued at over $3.47âŊbillion (approximately âŽ3.2âŊbillion), according to a government document reported by Bloomberg News. The package includes orders for 20 light combat helicopters from Airbus SE and a separate deal for roughly âŽ1âŊbillion with Hensoldt AG and Theon International for 100,000 nightÂvision devices.
