Gary Guo Joins Trane Technologies as Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer

Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT), a global climate innovator, today announced the appointment of Gary Guo as its Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer, effective November 18, 2025. Guo will report directly to chair and CEO Dave Regnery and will be a member of the company’s executive leadership team. In his new role, he will oversee Trane’s global integrated supply chain operations, including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, environmental health & safety, advanced manufacturing technology, and operational excellence. Earlier in his career, he held supply chain and operations leadership roles at 3M, Amazon and Alibaba Group. Guo holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He succeeds Ray Pittard, who retired in June after 36 years of dedicated service at Trane.
