Taiwan’s Foxconn, the world’s largest contract electronics manufacturer, announced on Monday that it achieved record fourth‑quarter revenue, driven by booming demand for artificial intelligence‑related products. The company reported that revenue for the October–December quarter rose 22.07% compared with the same period a year earlier, reaching NT$2.6028â€Ŋtrillion (aboutâ€ŊUS$82.73â€Ŋbillion). Foxconn, formally known as Hon Hai Precision Industry, said the strong performance was largely supported by robust sales in its cloud and networking products division, especially AI servers, which are in high demand from major technology clients. Key customers include Nvidia, for which Foxconn is a major server maker, and Apple, for which it is the top assembler of iPhones. The revenue exceeded market expectations and marked significant growth both year‑on‑year and quarter‑on‑quarter. Additionally, in December alone, Foxconn posted record monthly revenue, reflecting sustained momentum in the AI sector. Despite a slight decline in its consumer electronics segment due to currency effects, the strong AI‑related performance underscores Foxconn’s pivotal role in the expanding global AI hardware supply chain. #Foxconn #AI #TechIndustry #QuarterlyEarnings #SlimScan #GrowthStocks #CANSLIM
