Flex LNG Appoints Marius Foss as New CEO of Management Unit

The board of Flex LNG (NYSE: FLNG) has officially named Marius Foss as the Chief Executive Officer of Flex LNG Management AS, effective December 5, 2025. Foss, who previously served as Interim CEO and Chief Commercial Officer at the firm, joined Flex LNG in 2018 and has led the company’s commercial strategy since. With over 35 years of experience in the shipping industry — including roles at Frontline, Golar LNG, and Avance Gas — he brings deep operational and commercial expertise to his new role.
