Exploits Discovery Corp. (CSE: NFLD; OTCQB: NFLDF; FSE: 634) has officially begun a fully permitted diamond drilling program at its 100 %‑optioned Fenton gold project near Chapais, Québec, marking a key milestone in the company’s 2026 exploration agenda. The winter drill campaign aims to expand known high‑grade gold mineralization both along strike and at depth, following up on compelling historical results and strong geophysical targets.
The program kicks off with an initial ~1,400 metre “priority phase,” part of a broader 3,000–5,000 metre winter campaign designed to test priority structural and electromagnetic targets interpreted to host sulphide‑rich, high‑grade gold systems.
Fenton comprises 18 contiguous claims totaling roughly 760.7 hectares in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt’s Guercheville Deformation Zone. Exploits holds the right to acquire a 100 % interest in Fenton from Cartier Resources Inc., subject to underlying agreement terms and royalties.
Earlier Phase 1 field work confirmed significant sulphide‑hosted mineralization at surface with assays up to 48.4 g/t gold, and resampling of historical core returned high‑grade intervals, setting the stage for the current drilling campaign.
