Black Friday 2025: Online Sales Hit Record‑Shattering $11.8 B, Says Adobe
•By ADMIN
U.S. shoppers didn’t hold back this Black Friday. According to Adobe Analytics — which tracks more than a trillion visits to retail websites — consumers spent a whopping US$11.8 billion online on November 29, setting a new all‑time record. That tops last year’s Black Friday haul of US$10.8 billion.
The rush was intense: between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., online buyers were blowing through about US$12.5 million every minute.
Looking ahead, Adobe expects that Cyber Monday — coming up in two days — could be even bigger, with a projected US$14.2 billion in online sales.
This surge underscores how deeply online retail is entrenched in modern holiday shopping — as deals go digital, shoppers increasingly prefer the convenience of clicks over lines.
