BeMetals Engages Suzette Ramcharan of WIN Expertise for Investor Relations Services

Vancouver, BC — On November 18, 2025, BeMetals Corp. (TSXV: BMET / OTCQB: BMTLF / Frankfurt: 1OI.F) announced that, subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), it has entered into an engagement with WIN Expertise Inc. — led by Suzette Ramcharan — to provide investor‑relations and corporate communications services. As per the agreement, WIN will deliver IR and corporate communications support for an initial six‑month term at a fee of US $6,000 per month, with all fees and related expenses to be paid from BeMetals’ working capital. Following the initial term, the company reserves the option to continue engagement on a month‑to‑month basis. WIN is confirmed to be “at arm’s length” from BeMetals, with no direct or indirect interest in the company or its securities and no intention to acquire such an interest. Simultaneously, BeMetals announced that Derek Iwanaka, Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development, has tendered his resignation, effective November 30, 2025, in order to pursue other career opportunities.
