Azimut Exploration Inc. (“Azimut” or the “Company”) has announced that its maiden diamond drilling campaign on the Rosa Zone, located within its wholly‑owned Wabamisk Project in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Québec, Canada, is now complete. The original program target of 1,500 metres was more than doubled to 3,633 metres across 26 holes, driven by encouraging visual observations. Assay results are pending. Highlights from the drilling include: Eleven of the 26 holes (more than 40 %) encountered visible gold (VG) within a network of centimetric to decametric quartz veins hosted in metasedimentary rocks. Key VG intervals include: Hole WR25‑17: VG at 74.49 m Hole WR25‑22: VG at 87.15 m to 87.36 m and at 91.85 m Hole WR25‑23: VG at 147.55‑147.60 m and 147.72‑148.76 m Hole WR25‑24: VG at 71.73 m, 73.79 m and 83.90 m Hole WR25‑25a: VG at 142.79‑142.86 m Hole WR25‑26: Strongly mineralised — VG at multiple depths: 73.30 m; 73.47 m; 73.53 m; 74.54 m; 91.10 m; 104.36‑104.43 m; 105.45‑105.52 m; 106.78 m; 107.31 m; 109.36 m. Previously announced VG results from other holes include WR25‑02 (57.07 m), WR25‑03 (35.60 m; 35.80 m; 42.10‑42.20 m; 44.06 m), WR25‑05 (17.50 m), WR25‑06 (7.90 m) and WR25‑07 (25.75 m). The visible‑gold occurrences appear to define an east–west trending envelope approximately 200 m in strike by 100 m in width at this stage. All holes with VG were drilled to the north at dips of ‑45° or ‑50°. At surface, the Rosa Zone shows mineralised outcrops over a 700‑metre east‑west strike and multiple induced‑polarisation (IP) anomalies suggestive of a minimum 1.4‑kilometre trend. The zone is open in all directions. The mineralisation is described as a sheared quartz‑vein system with minor disseminated sulphides (pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite, arsenopyrite, 2‑5%), associated with alteration zones of tourmaline and chlorite. Host rocks are metasedimentary. The Wabamisk Project comprises 673 claims covering 356 km², and lies in a highly‑prospective Archean greenstone belt in Québec’s James Bay region. With assay results pending, Azimut plans to aggressively expand its drilling program early next year. Two drill rigs and a full exploration camp are already on site. While the visual gold observations are very encouraging, true confirmation awaits the assay results. Investors and stakeholders should note that these findings — and any forward‑looking drilling plans — are subject to the usual risks, uncertainties and disclaimers. #AzimutExploration #WabamiskProject #VisibleGold #JamesBayExploration #SlimScan #GrowthStocks #CANSLIM
