
AMD and Partners Unveil âAI Everywhere, for Everyoneâ Vision at CESâŊ2026

At CESâŊ2026 in Las Vegas, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) and its ecosystem partners presented a comprehensive vision to make artificial intelligence ubiquitous across industries and devices. AMD Chair and CEO Dr.âŊLisaâŊSu emphasized that AI adoption is accelerating global compute capacity toward âyottaâscaleâ levels â more than 10âŊyottaflops within five years â and requires a flexible, highâperformance infrastructure foundation.
The keynote showcased AMDâs latest technologies, including the early look at its âHeliosâ rackâscale platform delivering up to 3âŊAI exaflops using AMD InstinctâŊMI455X accelerators, AMD EPYC âVeniceâ CPUs, and highâspeed networking. AMD also introduced the full Instinct MI400 Series and previewed nextâgeneration MI500 Series GPUs slated for 2027.
On the client side, new AMD Ryzen AIâŊ400 and Ryzen AIâŊPROâŊ400 Series platforms with 60âŊTOPS NPUs were revealed, with systems expected to ship in JanuaryâŊ2026, alongside expanded Ryzen AI Max+ and Ryzen AI Embedded offerings for edge AI applications. Developers will gain access to the Ryzen AI Halo platform in Q2âŊ2026.
AMD also highlighted collaborations with partners such as OpenAI, World Labs, and AstraZeneca showing realâworld AI use cases, and announced a $150âŊmillion initiative to bring AI education to more classrooms and communities.
